  The ORYX ONE E-Supplier program is designed to maximize the ability of suppliers to:
  • Reach target markets, faster and more effectively
  • Increase sales through e-optimized sales processes
  • Capitalize on the economies of scale created by the use e-business systems
  • Expand into new geographic markets.
 
There are three main components to our E-Supplier program. Suppliers can engage in all, one, or two of the program components respectively. This scalability and flexibility allows our customers to add as they go along and as it suits their needs.  
Component 1: E-Catalogs
Create Electronic Catalogs: Display corporate information, contact information, detailed product information including specifications, images, and descriptions. Suppliers can also opt for public or private viewing of catalogs by buyers.
  Manage Multiple Catalogs: Suppliers can create and manage multiple catalogs for each division, product group, or business unit.
  Multi-Language / Multi-Format Support: Catalogs are available in multiple language formats including translation into Arabic. Catalogs can also support data in multiple formats such as PDF, MS Word, and A-CAD files for more detailed information on specifications and product descriptions.
  Business Opportunities: Supplier E-Catalogs enable buyers to submit direct RFQ / RFIs. 
  Value Added Services: OME also offers a range of value-added services to assist suppliers in generating and securing new business. These services include transaction
  Component 2: E-Fulfillment 
 
Online Payment Processing: Secure online payment transactions that support checks, credit cards, wire transfer, escrow, and other payment methods. 
Multi-Currency Support: OME payment processing and transaction centers support multiple currencies, including USD, Euro, Pound Sterling, Jordanian Dinars, UAE Dirham, Qatari Riyal, and others. Multi-currency support enables suppliers to sell to almost any global market without the obstacles of currency compatibility.
Transportation: OME provides full transportation support; air, sea, air /sea consolidation, land, warehousing, and distribution.
Order Tracking: Enables shipment and transportation global  tracking.

  

Component 3: E-Supply Chain
 
Online Document Management: Upload standard contracts and forms, including invoices, purchase orders, and inventory lists. 
Collaboration Platform: Interact in real-time with buyers through the OME online conferencing center; supports video conferencing, voice, document viewing and modification, as well standard "chat" applications and additional tools such as displaying meeting agenda, polling, and presentation viewing.
Archiving and Benchmarking: Store and record past transactions for future reference, in order to analyze buying trends and buyer preferences etc.
