Interactivity: Program members can request information online, through our web-forms, or directly through email, fax, or telephone for select types of programs. 
Customized Reports / Intelligence Documents: Custom generated reports for specific queries. ORYX ONE covers a variety of topics (see Research & Intelligence for more information). All information requested is placed in a customized datacenter for the member to view at any time, as well as available on CD upon request.
Intelligence "Clusters": Customer can request intelligence "clusters" to be developed for them about a particular subject, industry, country etc. These individual databases are then deployed on line for the customer to access and view at any time. Furthermore, all information provided, custom databases etc. belong to the customer.
