Each solution can be customized to fit the needs of the individual buyer, and facilitates the sourcing process from start to finish, leveraging internet technology with tried and tested business methodologies.

Interactivity: Buyers can request supplier information at any time, 7 days a week. The sourcing program allows simple interaction with our team, either through easy to use request forms or directly. Information is delivered electronically, via fax, or telephone for select programs.
View Electronic Catalogs: Buyers can view detailed electronic catalogs, developed by suppliers for easy access to information, organized by product category, company, or various industry classification systems such as the NAICS and CSI / Master Format. This includes pre-qualifying suppliers to bid on tenders and RFQs.
Submit Electronic RFQs / RFIs: Buyers can submit an electronic RFQ /RFI directly to the supplier. Submittals can be a standard RFQ (Request for Quotation), invitations to bid in an auction, private or closed bid, or any other type of purchasing procedure that the buyer would prefer.
Customized Environments: Each sourcing account has a customized online environment, where all requested information is stored and can be reviewed at any time. All electronic interaction, both with the ORYX ONE staff and potential suppliers take place here, giving our customers a simple and effective way to manage their supply chain. There are also weekly and monthly reporting features to track purchasing cycles and buying history.
